• Places on each retreat are limited to only 10.
  • In order to reserve your place a £50 deposit is required, this is non refundable if you change your mind, however if possible we will move your deposit on to the next retreat.
  • When you have paid your deposit, you will be asked to complete a booking form. The additional treatments and services can be requested on this form, as they are limited by the number of practitioners available, early booking should ensure that you get your preferred treatments and times, however they are always subject to availability.
  • The additional treatments offered are paid direct to the practitioners and your contract for supply of goods is with them, not the Find.
  • When you have returned your form, we will email you a payment request separating monies to be paid to the Find and those to be paid for additional services (minus the £50 deposit if this has already been paid).
  • Your bookings are confirmed ONLY on receipt of payment and late payment could result in loss of your place or treatments.
  • The full balance is payable 10 days before your stay (at the latest) and is non refundable.  However in order to secure your treatments at your preferred times, it is advisable to settle the full balance as soon as possible.
  • If you are unable to attend, we apply your payment to the next retreat.
  • There may be some small changes in the retreat program, in which case, you will be notified in advance.
  • Your privacy and personal data is protected at all times. We will ask permission if there are any pictures taken that may be used on our website or for press purposes.
  • It is important that the needs and wellbeing of the majority of our guests are not jeopardised by any individuals. Therefore, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave. We do not tolerate discriminatory, abusive or other inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests.
